One of the first tasks that I set as a good wife is to improve our diet, as reflected by this blog I’m an incurable delicious cakes and unfortunately also of many other “junk”, my metabolism does not make me gain weight but this does not mean it does not hurt … or not?
Uno dei primi compiti che mi sono imposta da brava mogliettina è quello di migliorare la nostra alimentazione, come traspare da questo mio blog sono una inguaribile golosa di dolci e purtroppo anche di molte altre “porcherie”, il mio metabolismo non mi fa ingrassare ma questo non significa che non facciano male… o no?

At the beginning I started with a simple white paper but then I could not resist and make something more cute with the colors of the blog.
Ho quindi fatto uno schema che mi aiutasse nel mio intento, uno schema per inserire il menu giorno per giorno e la lista degli ingredienti per fare la spesa e non scordarsi niente. Fatti stampati e poi legati insieme con un bel fiocco!
