Do you remember the lollipop biscuits that I made with ringos a little while ago? Well, here they are in their summer version with fresh fruit instead of biscuits. Today I chose the Kiwis but you can also use banana or pineapple.
Vi ricordate i biscotti lollipop che ho fatto con i ringo un po di tempo fa? Beh, eccoli nella loro versione estiva con la freschissima frutta al posto dei biscotti. Oggi ho scelto il Kiwi ma potete anche usare la banana o l’ananas.

Like the last time I played a few sticks with colored tissue paper. In a bown I melted the chocolate and I dipped the slices of kiwi into it, covering them completely.
Come l’altra volta ho ricoperto dei bastoncini con della carta velina colorata. Ho poi sciolto il cioccolato fondente e vi ho inzuppato le fette di kiwi ricoprendole completamente.

Remove the slices from the chocolate and place them on a sheet of waxed paper, place the swab into balls and coat with some sprinkles.
Togliete le fette dal cioccolato e appoggiatele su un foglio di carta da forno, inserite il bastoncino e ricoprite con delle palline di zucchero.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and your lollipops are ready! Delicious!
Mettete i lollipops in frigo per almeno 30 minuti e sono pronti! Buonissimi
