Outfit of the day: Colored accessories

Yesterday, after several days spent in bed because of the influence, I finally went out, and even if the program included a dinner with my parents I decided to wear something cute and take some pics. My parents generally prepare us lovely dinners, so I chose this quite elegant dress mixing it with colored accessories and a pair of biker boots. What do you think? Do you like my choice?

Ieri, dopo alcuni giorni passati chiusa in casa a causa dell’influenza sono finalmente uscita e, anche se la meta era solo una cena a casa dei miei, ho colto l’occasione per mettermi carina e fare qualche foto Visto che i miei genitori ci preparano sempre meravigliose cenette ho deciso di mettermi questo vestitino un po’ elegante mixandolo con accessori colorati e dei boots un po’ rock, che ne dite?

I’m in love with caramelized fruit, every kind of fruit, it’s easy to do and you just need fruits and sugar. This time I used apples but I’ve a tip for you: pay attention when you are heating the sugar, it becomes bitter in seconds!

Io adoro la frutta caramellata, tutta senza distinzione e adoro cucinarla perchè è semplice e veloce da fare. Questa volta mi sono cimentata con le mele, un consiglio: state attente quando lo zucchero caramella, se lasciato troppo sul fuoco, rischia di diventare amaro!

Recipe:

Preparation time: 30 minutes (tempo di preparazione 30 minuti)
Ready in: 1 hour (pronto in un’ora)
4 apples (mele)
4 tablespoons of sugar (cucchiai di zucchero)
2 tablespoons of water (cucchiai di acqua)
1 vanilla sugar (bustina di zucchero vanigliato)
250 g of mascarpone
100 g soft fruits (frutti di bosco)

Remove the applecore from your apples and cut into slices. Put a pan on the stove with sugar and water, when melted put the apple slices and let caramelize for a few minutes. Add the mascarpone, then turning it slightly to mix with the sugar. Then add the berries. Remove from heat and serve garnished with leaves of mint.

Private le mele del torsolo e tagliatele a fettine. Mettete una padella sul fuoco con lo zucchero e l’acqua, quando sarà sciolto mettete le fette di mela e lasciate caramellare per qualche minuto. Aggiungete poi il mascarpone girandolo leggermente per farlo amalgamare allo zucchero. Aggiungete poi i frutti di bosco. Togliete dal fuoco e servite decorando con delle fettine di menta.

Antiques market in my Florence

Every third Sunday of the month in my Florence there is an amazing antiques market in the Fortezza’s garden that I never miss. I spent there the last week-end with my fiance, wandering among the vintage stalls searching for a pair of sunglasses, some hats or shoes for my outfits. It was a sunny day and I enjoyed very much even if I did not find something to buy, for the pleasure of my pocket

C’è un appuntamento che non manco mai nella mia bellissima Firenze, il mercato dell’antiquariato che si tiene ogni terza domenica del mese nel giardino della Fortezza. E’ qui che la mia passione per il vintage trova la massima espressione ed è qui che ho trascorso con il mio fidanzato l’ultimo fine settimana tra bancarelle con cappelli, scarpe e occhiali vintage. Un meraviglioso sole ha accompagnato la giornata che si è conclusa senza acquisti, per la gioia del mio portafoglio
