Yesterday morning, the very first day of the year, I woke up with an insane urge of cooking cupcakes (for the first time in my life). For cupcakes I followed the recipe that I found here, for the cream cheese frosting I instead used this one. Both of them are perfect and my first cupcakes were amazing. My only suggestion is, if you are a beginner with cupcakes like me, mix the ingredients of your frosting for a long time. The phrase “until smooth” in this case means until your arms will be aching
