Roll out the pastry and cover it with a thin layer of cinnamon and brown sugar.
Roll up the dough and cut into about 1 cm slices .
Arrange the cookies on a sheet of greaseproof paper, brush with egg white and add more brown sugar.
Put them into your oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.

So here it is, the very first post using my new Reflex!I have to be honest with you and say that I’m an absolute beginner. I spent all the past evening trying out tons of functionalities and taking many pictures of every single corner of my small house. At the end I decided to take some pictures of my new vintage shoes. SShh I took this picture with the AUTO mode hihihi:-) But now that I have my new Reflex I will dedicate hours and hours to it and I hope you will notice some improvements soon!
